All These Roadworks

Hi all.  BDSMLR appears to be having a fit this week.  So that you know what's going on:

1) There are reports that a lot of people are randomly having blogs drop off their "follow" list, requiring them to refollow the blogs (although posts from these blogs may still appear in their feeds).  My follower count hasn't gone down, so I'm not sure if this has affected me, but it may be worth being aware of.

2) The "recent activity" function (the lightning bolt in the menu bar) is having a lot of trouble for me.  Sometimes it's not loading at all when I click on it.  When it does load, it doesn't seem to be returning accurate info, and in particular the "comments and reblogs" doesn't seem to be working.

The main effect of that is that right now I can't see easily check if anyone's commented on my posts or reblogged them with comment - so if you have a comment you want me to see, the best way is by direct message, or by email to all.these.roadworks@gmail.com

No idea how long this will persist.

And, as always, please go buy a book from my site.  I know a lot of people are short of money in the current climate - I'm one of them!  The difference in sales this December/January versus last year is pretty dramatic, which I think is partly COVID, and partly that last Xmas BDSMLR was expanding dramatically as a site, and this year it's not.
